Dr. Negar Kohandarvish was drawn to the art and science of dentistry from a young age. Her passion for her profession took root as a young girl with an innate talent and love for jewelry making.  

Due to her enthusiasm for science, Dr. Kohandarvish found her niche when she began pursuing a career in dentistry. She fulfilled her passion for serving patients and their families through the practice of dentistry. Having undergone many of the same dental procedures that she provides today, Dr. Kohandarvish is well regarded by her patients for her gentle and sympathetic approach. A commendable strength, Dr. Kohandarvish has the unique ability to provide exceptional technical and aesthetic skills that blend with a genuine concern for her patients’ wellbeing. She is well known for her warm, outgoing personality. She enjoys meeting new people and learning from others’ input and experience.

Dr. Kohandarvish grew up in Southern California and has been practicing dentistry as a general & cosmetic dentist since 2000. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Subsequently, she attended UCLA School of Dentistry, graduating at the top of her class. Dr. Kohandarvish has furthered her expertise as an Invisalign certified dentist and provides her patients with clear options for straightening teeth. She is also fluent in Spanish and Farsi.

Dr. Kohandarvish is dedicated to advanced postdoctoral study and provides her patients with a gentle, comprehensive approach to oral health. She believes in conservative, preventative dentistry, aiming to increase the longevity of her patients’ teeth.

When Dr. Kohandarvish is not seeing patients, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her hobbies include hiking, swimming, cooking, Yoga, meditation and of course jewelry making.
